Yep , soft they are , but for snow tires it is what works here , 5 years of daily driving ?? sounds like good tires.
But we only avg just under 10' of snow / season

Yeah Dave,

Once I saw them, I was convinced they would be OK.

No Firestone's available from my guy.

Yeah, We get "a little more" than that !!

Not so much the driving in snow & slush I hate................. Black Ice is the [bleep] !!

Been in the ditch twice & walked away unharmed. Last time we spun through 2 lanes of oncoming traffic.

Now I can say I have a set of "nice falken tires" grin

same as dave said. The tread patter is noticibly wider on the 265-65-17

Oh yeah they look like they'll work really good.

Sometimes I wish they would let us run studs in MN.

The snow we get here is self shoveling when the sun comes out that afternoon.

We had some General tires on our Trailblazer. You couldnt pay me to put them on again. Not that I wanna criticize anyone's tires....that is a little too personal I think, but I thought I would share my experience. I really did not like those tires at all.

A guy I know just shot a 185" buck with his bow. shocked My, oh my, what a nice buck. Sure gives ya the fever.

Hey ND, only 13 days til elk camp.....just in case you were wondering! whistle

Damn you and your elk camp. smile Especially for those of us who have never been. smile

I took a ride around here today to look at the colors, they're really starting to look nice. I came around a corner by a big tucked away pasture and 11 does and fawns came out of the pasture. No bucks that I could see. But you're right BM, it gets the fever pumping.
