Well I've looked high and low, even kicked around in the snow a bunch, my knife is actually lost.

Pam gave it to me for Christmas, I feel like chit now.

It was too bulky for front pocket so I had it in a side pocket, carpenter pants.

Not a goot idea.

live & learn.

Next one will be something like that slimlock, if I find a good enough deal on one. It's shorter, slimmer, better for front pocket carry.

Stupid knives.

Now I'm cranky, and driving straight into a snow storm for a 5-6 hr drive... grumble, grumble...

That stinks. I guess it's no comfort that someone will find and enjoy it in the spring.

Hadn't remembered the AL MAR waranty.

Been two, three years ago now. Sure don't have a recipt.

Wish I would have thought of this back then.

It was a $120.00 knife. (kicks toe in dirt!)

Great knife. I've got a couple of griptillians with different blade styles.

I didn't read the entire thread, but agree 100% with Steelhead that a pocket knife should be able to be opened one handed.

IMO, one of the best utility/duty knives ever made is the CRKT Crawford/Kasper Fighting Folder. Simply a work of art that will open with a flick of the wrist and retailed for under $40.00! I currently rotate between it, a Kershaw Scallion (another fantastic assisted opening knife that sells for under $40.00!), and a Benchmade 2550 Mini-Reflex Auto.

Simply put, Kershaw and CRKT offer a lot of bang for the buck!

Having just had my EDC pocket knife lifted by sticky fingers from my office at work, I decided to buy a Benchmade BM585 Mini Barrage. It has a Spring assisted Axis system and it's FAST. Much faster than my old Kershaw "Boa". With a blade length of 2.9" it will keep most folks out of trouble.

I just found mine online for $83.99 Shipping included! May have to order a backup at that price!

My "boy" turns ...( gulp ) 30 tomorrow!
Still the pride of my life... but how did his age accelerate over mine?

Ya know how to find lost stuff, Dave?

Buy another!
The first one will trip you when you walk back in from the store ( or mailbox in my case )

Man, I sure have a lot of double stuff around here.

Works with wimmens too ....for a short time!
Then they run into each other... and the fight begins.
