I never had one, but my favorite were the Dusters from the early 70's. My buddy had a 440-he called it his Duster Quick Claims Adjuster, and won several pinks while behind the wheel. Man, that car could fly!

'66 ChevyII SS 327-350 4 speed, 373 posi. The ultimate factory hot rod.
Coach a co-worker in the garage had one of the dealer "specials" 69? 68? Nova with a factory 427 dropped in. I think it was a automatic. and it had the plain jane snap on hubcaps on 6" wide biased ply tires. My favorite sleeper was the 64 belvedere the 426 was hard to hide with fender well headers Factory Hurst shifter in front of the bench seat! Sox and Martin suspension launched it flat. It was a great pink slip stealer

Can we include today`s muscle cars too?
My new play toy will be coming soon.
2011 Mustang Shelby GT500 convertible; w/550 ponys; 6spd; red w/white stripe.
Thought about white w/blue stripe, but that looks like a Kotex pad...........LOL!
Curious here, but what will your insurance company ding you for that ride?? BTW, if anyone's into cool cars, the Barret-Jackson auctions are now on through the weekend.. Some of the cars in the first day are rather cheap, yet good drivers and show well. I love watching that auction. The cars that come across the stage are just unreal..

AMC Pacer. Fastest car ever................ Hey Tom, did you see the episode of "pinks all out" where the woman won it all with one of those damn fish bowls? It was hillarious seeing that thing eat up all the awesome muscle cars. it was either a pacer of a gremlin, can't remember, thinkin it was a pacer tho.
Something clever here.

Had carpet for the fur, floppy ears and all.

Not a single Buick mentioned? Grand National, the ONLY thing good to come out of the 1980's.

FYI - The 2nd night of the Barrett Jackson Auto auction is on the Speed channel tonight, lots of mint muscle cars are being sold. I really need to win the lottery.

This one is sitting in the barn. I've always loved that model. Mt older brother had an order sheet written up for one. With a 390 , four speed. But then he got a letter from our president. And he was off to the Air Force recruting office.

The Cougar GT sitting in our barn is a 390 automatic, it sure would be nice to find one with a four speed in it.

How about a clean 1964? This is my younger brother's Thunderbolt. 427, gobs of power, and his daily ride. Is that a reproduction? I didn't think the Thunderbolts were street legal. Either way, that is one of my favorite cars on the planet! A good friend of mine, John Calvert, races a clone Thunderbolt in Stock Eliminator. It is a great car! Edit to add they were street legal and a bear! lol!!! There is a guy named Ted Eaton from Waco who has a thunderbolt. I saw him race it several times. I haven't seen him in a long time. He used to do engine balancing. He may still. Dave

Along with the 69-70 mustang fastbacks I have a real soft spot for the 70 Buick GSX, one of the baddest muscle cars ever made. I would take it over any other GM or mopar of that era.
