I always figured the a-holes were the ones that gave advice on subjects of which they had no experience and were off base on their conjecture. No matter how nice their presentation, bad intel is bad intel.

Also seems theres a rash of sandy vagigi's on the fire.

Larry are those what you guys call "winter run steelhead"?

I'm not familiar with when they move up,never fished for them.

I generally get into Steelhead Mode,post-Rut and the two runs carry me until the Bears Rut. Winter fish pictured.

Mid-December is prolly my favorite window for Winter feesh,mid-April for the Spring runs.

Like to catch 200 of each,as a ballpark figure for a respectable year...but the weather can curtail things a smidge. I'm behind the curve thus far on the Fall feesh, but gaining ground nicely.(grin)

Once I get it in my blood,I go crazy...............

I'm jealous.....my bass season will not start until March... frown

Does your "little" girl keep that rifle handy to keep boys or bears away?

Right balmy, ain't it? Temps from a few above to lots below this morning, here in PA. Just about right for January.
