The gun is an English club rifle. It is BSA 12/15 target weight(about 8/4 lbs) with the early BSA made folding vernier tang sight and Parker hale globe front. The tang sight also has the desirable Parker Hale Hadley style adjustable aperture.
The metal work is nice- about 90-95% blue. Most of these club guns were reblued at some time during their lives while in England.. The gun works perfectly and appears to have all it's original parts.
The bore is nice on the gun- the gun does not appear to have been relined- and it's very accurate. It's no trick shooting sub MOA groups with the iron sights and good ammo.
It's got a fairly crisp trigger pull for a 12/15 at about 2lbs.
The only non original thing that has been done is the stocks have been painted black(common on many of the English club rifles) and there is a 1/2" thin Black Pachmayr rifle pad installed.
The price is $345 Shipped CONUS to any FFL who accepts shipments from an individual. The price is firm- no trades please.
