Demo price favors the new Minox, but really liked my 6.5x32 Furys and here the Vipers are much better or should I wait for the new Pentax 9x32 DCF BC ?

Here is a recent comparative review of many mid-sized binos including the Vortex Viper, Minox BR as well as some very pricy alpha brands. This is a bird watching site so the emphasis is on optical quality and the ability to watch for relatively long periods of time without eye strain.
