dconrad, depending on how much your rifle has been shot, itprobably SHOULD be re-chambered.
The reamer pilot rides on the tops of the lands. As you shoot the rifle, the lands become worn down for quite a ways into the barrel, especially in the area where the reamer pilot rides.
If the reamer pilot has a sloppy fit from errosion, the chamber will become out of round....been there....done that!
