223AI to be exact.....Haven't measured the twist myself, but seeing as it won't do all that terribly well with the 53's, I'm guessing fairly slow.....
Suppose I should break down and actually measure it. Definately no quicker than 1 in 12 at any rate.
Don't get me wrong, it shot the 53's, but wouldn't go sub-moa with them....The 45's go way sub-moa....Same as the 40gr vmax.
Why pack all that messy meat out of the bush when we can just go to the grocery store where meat is made? Hell,if they sold antlers I would save so much money I could afford to go Dolphin fishing. Maybe even a baby seal safari.

Hells yeah!! Well, it is an awfully pretty rifle....And it shoots like it has eyes, so it seems a shame to not take it out when it wants to go....grin (It has tipped over an awful lot of coyotes in the last couple of winters....The only reason that one got a picture was because I was fair happy with the shot - 260+ yards, shot after I'd stood up and he busted me and started to run across the bowl....) And to be honest, we don't get a lot of moisture in our snow up here......
