Just want to share some pictures of the new rifle made by my friend Joel Dorleac, called Leica rifle. It's an entry level custom from this custom shop. Action is CZ Brno ZG47 Action blueprinted and squared. Reworked a bit for aesthetic. Two positions safety lever reworked too. Trigger system Era (German) Lothar Walther barrel 24in. Special Dorleac profile. Cal 6,5-284 Norma. Stock french 4 stars walnut with pillar bedding (alu) and invisible epoxy bedding too. 24lpi, Pachmayr Old English black. Wood polished and oiled (english oil method) Hand engraving small gold inlay, all metal finely polished and traditionnal blueing. Lot of hand made details for aesthetic or function. Scope Leica 2,5-10x42 R4A with finely modified Talley mount. Garanty one moa or less with Norma ammo or selected handloads Hope you will like it. Enjoy. That is magnificent. Thanks for posting. In particular I like the stocks grip.

All Joel Dorleac rifles are made for hunters, if they get some dings and scars that's only good hunting "souvenirs".

Beautiful rifle indeed, but the bolt shroud and safety are not really modified, that rifle is based on an old Brno ZG47 action.

I love that slim stock! SAKO had a safety like that for awhile too.

Marseille, what's the base action behind the falling block "Sttzen" ?
I ask myself if it is possible to transform a farquerson style / ruger action in order to obtain a manual cocking system just like the kind you find on blaser / merkel / mauser M03 / sauer 303.
Va t'in tchre !

GV this rifle is an original Heeren entirely rebuilt and customised. About the manual cocking i don't know but i know three gunsmiths that can spend time on such a thing...Can send you adress if you want. Dom
