That's a sharp looking 1100. I only wish the barrel didn't have a fixed choke.

Hey carbon12, do you happen to know if any Remington 1100 barrel in 12 ga will fit this gun or does it take a special barrel like the LT 20's? Thanks

coyoteman23 regular barrels dont fit.I used to own one in 12(now have a 20) I bought a slug barrel,and the gas tube ring is in a different spot. The special fields magazine/forend is shortened.

coyoteman23 It appears that some do and some don't. For an example of another 1100 barrel that does fit, the factory retrofit 1100 Steel Shot barrel that I describe and show pics of in the classifieds, fit and functioned perfectly on this receiver. The magazine tube on the SF is shorter but the gas port position is the same as the standard 2.75" chambered 1100.
