Includes the factory box, padded case, lens cap, instructions, and the adapter to fit 32mm EL's (a phone call or email to Swarovski will get you whatever adapter(s) you need). Works with all EL and SLC binoculars except the 8x30 SLC's (with proper adapter). Made in Austria and backed by the best customer service in the business.
