I have no idea. My wife bought it (or I should say stole it) for my anniversary last year at my local gunshop. I'm embarrassed to say how much, but I doubt it would even pay for the piece of the wood.

I traded into several guns today, these are spares if anyone is interested in a pre-war 22 Hornet or 1954 300 H&H...

Old rifle, new scope. FN M70 Featherweight Supergrade 7x57 with a new Meopta 3-9x40mm and Talley lightweights. Shoots the same no matter what scope is on it...

The Winchester Featherweight with stock reduced to 13 LOP is really about perfect, now to find out what caliber!

]FN M70 in 243 with stock chopped to 13" LOP

This is pretty much what I have attempted to do with the Winchester .243 Featherweight Compact! In fact the rifle only is .25 pounds less with the 20 inch barrel!

Special Winchester Ltd. run to commemorate the new FN Model 70 rebirth in 2008. Only 250 made in .300 Win Mag. Pictures don't do it justice....so much nicer in hand.

I agree, it's a beautiful FN rifle. Argentina or Portugual made??? Or are they made in Singapore now?

hunted my 264 mag made in 1960 this year, also just picked up a 30/06 made in 1950, nothing perfect but both haven't been cut or been molested in anyway, just perfect hunting rifles!

If you were referring to the Special Edition .300 Win Mag I posted, it was built and assembled in the good old USA, just like all the earlier years of the FN guns. Somewhere around 2102/2013 they were still make here, but assembled in Portugal. Nothing at all wrong with the early FN rifles. In my opinion, the best ever. I have several. Probably the same for the later ones, although I don't own one so I really can't comment on those.

Bump.....

Charlie Sisk built this for me on a Classic in '05 I believe. For it's 10th birthday I had it repainted. It's shot a f-load
of game.
