Foxpro FX3 It rocks. I called in 2 this morning with it, plus a couple of hawks. I also have downloaded some other sounds for it ,and took all the big-game sounds off of it. I usually start out with the coyote locator, which is basically a group howling, then follow that up with the female invitation. I follow that with lucky bird or lightning jack or cottontail distress.
For hand calls I like the Circe and Randy Anderson stuff, but the Crit'r calls are also good. You'll also want shooting sticks or a bipod. A rangefinder can be useful at times, too. The first predator I ever called in was a nice little fox that came to a Burnham Bros. If you get hand calls, make sure you get a close-range or 'coaxer' type, or learn to lip-squeak.
