Remington 798 Safari Commercial mark X action with CRF. 375 H&H.
Gun is in beautiful shape, has ivory bead front sight, folding rear sight, barrel band sling stud, talley quick release bases, box and all paperwork. I bought it to go along with my other 375 but i can shoot my No 1 Ruger better and i'm thinking of getting a sako 85 375 H&H to beat around. Bought for 850 this past may, only shot enough to sight it in. Rifle has been taken to africa and has brought down a cape buff not by me though (I wish). $750. I Figure around 25 bucks or so for shipping.

Whole shot

Talley QR bases and ring, No scope.

Custom barrel band sling mount and white bead front sight so you can take off the scope if a cape buff crushes it.lol

You know you want something with a big hole in the end of the barrel.

I have a ruger number 1 in 375 that i love. It is just a little too pretty to "beat up". Started looking for a CRF 375 that was basically an all around big game rifle. I bought this one with plans of putting a medalist stock on it, cutt the barrel down to 20 inches, add a timney trigger etc. It was such a good looking rifle that i hated to do it. Therefore I decided to let it go and help fund a sako kodiak. It is basically what i wanted to begin with. I bought it from a guy that took it to africa and shot a cape buff with it. So it has some african blood on it. He sent me pics for proof. It has all the paperwork and the original box. The talley rings work. I sighted it in a few weeks ago. Once i got it sighted in, i took the scope off and did one of those snap shot cape buffalo pretends. Put the scope back on, layed down at 100 and it was dead on. What else you wanna know?

The Sako is nice but you only save a quarter pound on weight buying a Kodiak model
