I picked one up for the wife and kids this year for Steel Challenge. Great pistol, great trigger on mine, 1911 style controls and accurate. The wife loves it and shot her first match with it. My six y/o shoots it like a machine gun some how. I think CDNN has the mags for $21

One of my favorites...it's a BuckMark Varmint. I added the forestock.

here I am! I have the Ultra Silhouette as it was shipped. Seems to like Green Tag best, but just busted a couple coons the other night with sub sonic long rifles, and hits were dead on the money. With Green Tag and the factory open sights the gun with print nickel sized groups at 50 yards off the bench, and probably better if I tried a little harder! gary

They could get one from another store, but it would cost me another $40, as it had to ship as a HazMat...? Whatever! I sprang for the Green-Lite version instead. What ranges (distance) are the steel challenge comp's usually shot at?

They have different ranges, one stage they are 40 yards out, another 15 yards I think.
I could not walk away from that one at Sportsmans, it was selling cheaper than wholesale...

Where can you get a durable fiber optic front sight if such a thing exists?
