Paint Shop Pro and Paint Shop Pro Animation Shop. It's an old, old version from back when it was shareware, probably 2003. I should probably upgrade but the old version handles what little graphics/photos I tinker with.

I block the flashing avitars and put those posters on ignore. Yep. If they want to be annoying, we don't have to read them at all. It's like they're not even there, and their opinions don't count.
