Have any of you fellow feather blasters used Rob Roberts Gun Shop? Input/Feedback?

He did a trigger for me and a closer buttom on a Beretta 391. He did a good job on that gun.
I may not be smart but I can lift heavy objects
I have a shotgun so I have no need for a 30-06.....

Rob is a great guy to talk with about shotgun barrel work and such.
Am sending him a barrel and will report after getting it back.

He does good work, but I wouldn't have it done unless you shoot primarily lead.

I'm having him work on a 28" barrel I'm going to use for buckshot (00, copper plated).
Porting, lengthening and polishing the forcing cone and drill/ tap the pressed in bead so that I can screw a good fiber optic bead in on it.
I have plenty of proven turkey killers set up and ready to rock out, but I want a buck shot gun that will sling a awesome pattern so that I can slip into some of the thickest 3 year old clear cuts known to man and back up off a trail 20 yards and wait on a good one to come trotting by.

All I can say is "GOOD" things about the work Rob Roberts done for me on my barrel.
Very quick too!
Everything was tip top professional and I'm happy with the services.
Now to send to "Tarjac" to be dipped to match the gun it's going on.

Yeah, my experience with Rob is the same. He's very passionate. It's clear he enjoys his work and visiting with folks. Like you, I found that his work is top shelf and he's extraordinarily quick. I found his trigger work to be first rate!
