No doubt, seen many a group tighten up just switching shooters, at least in my small amount of experience. I figure if I do sand on it, it ain't gonna hurt anything as its just a cheapo tupperware.

Remingtons almost never need anything done to them if you can shoot. Some can't, and blame the rifle. +1
