This was a really neat idea. I hope we can keep this going. I humbly suggest that we limit the posted pics to the target of record. Otherwise it would get difficult to sift through all the pages and pictures.

Oh it's always fun to see targets, and I'm really looking forward to the ideas and conversations that will result as spinoff's of this. A really good practical discussion of defensive handguns with empirical data to backup or refute claims.

2 shots any style at 20 yards in ten seconds
Rancho Loco used both hands when firing his shots at 5yds. He must be disqualified from this competition. In fact, he must be banned from 24hourcampfire.com! I would also suggest that he have his birthday taken away! "Any style" means we can use a rest?  Good shooting! (Better than I am going to do!) I would, however, like a rules clarification on whether a rest is kosher. I can save at least a little embarrassment if I use a rest on the 20 yarder! Ummm.... I'm the judge. And I see all. You can anticipate a 1 1/2" reduction in groups when utilizing aviators. If they are Ray Bans 3" reductions are not uncommon.

Just between you'n me, the reason I shrank my group from 7.5" to 4.5" was prolly not the aviators... it was more likely the 250 rounds of 45 caliber ammo I put down range in between shooting the two groups... Doc just willingly removed his entry in this competition. Sorry. Travis
