My opinion only, but if a 700 isn't done right you are blowing a lot of money. I think the only thing that really helps a 700 is if you build it around an aftermarket fitted bolt. Other wise I would square up the front of the receiver and use the rest of the money on trigger, barrel, stock, and bedding. If you are doing a competition thing you will use a custom receiver.
