He did this .41 Special for me about 12 years ago, working with a flattop that had literally been drug behind a truck down a boulder road - a true basket case gun. It isn't as pretty now as when he finished with it, but I swore it couldn't be the same gun when I opened the box. His metal work was miraculous. Last edited by RockyRaab; 08/11/12. EdM Campfire 'Bwana E Joined: Nov 2002 Posts: 33,687 Either Texas or Idaho	You cannot go wrong with Harton, Bowen, Stroh, Clements (I have or have had pieces from them all) or the Linebaugh's, Huntington, Horvath, Gallagher or Forkin. They all substantially specialize in six (and five) guns and will deliver a top notch product. That said, because they all are at the top of their game, patience will be a virtue as you await delivery which is into years for some. A couple, I believe, are not taking work until they catch up a bit.

My favorite outdoors carry gun, in a Threepersons by ElPaso. Proudly representing oil companies, defense contractors, and firearms manufacturers since 1980. Because merchants of death need lawyers, too.
