I have the Bushnell 3200, 4200, Nikon Monarch and a couple higher price scopes. It really is hard to beat the Monarch for under 300.00. A 4200 ,new, is going to cost close to 400.00. I like everything about the scope but it's eye relief is better for the 30-06 and smaller calibers . . . at least for me. The rainguard is also a big plus on the Bushnells.

hum.. the bushnell doesn't have much of a warrenty do they? WHat about the Nikon Buckmaster? Umm.. This may be a stupid question, but will a 1.7 inch flip up cover fit right on a 1.69 scope? OR is that how its supposed to be? what about a 1.960 inch objective cover for a 1.94 objective? or is that right too?
