Thanks! Won't be snowmobiles, but probably 4 wheelers. smile Would like to do it up nort, but around here would be closer for most people. Talked about gettin er done in the middle of this big mud hole where we go riding. Most usually get stuck in that spot. Tried to tell our friend Glen (Gladys) to go online and get ordained so he could perform the ceremony, but he didn't think that would be a good idea. So we made him the flower girl
instead. laugh

LMAO!!!

A male flower girl named Gladys and a wedding in a 4-wheeler mud hole! Now dat dere gun be sum bitchin' wedden don't cha no?

Too bad I live so far away. I gotta see this! You absolutely MUST post the wedding photos on here!

The plan is to ease yeller into a partial retirement. Or easier work anyways. Haul a load of wood now and then, haul a deer home, go grouse hunting etc. Hopefully it works out ok.

It's got a V-plow! cool Specs please. Gas? Diesel? Brakes? smile

Dave, bring it down here to test out. I've got a large pile of snow between the neighbors and my drive way thats getting way to high. More snow on the way Monday night.

Plow really blocked us in this morning. Snow was over the top of the blower housing. I cleaned out 4 driveway approaches before breakfast.

Dave, is that truck a new purchase? I thought it was another of your orphans you pulled out from behind the garage. Come to think of it, you really don't ever "own" a vehicle, do you. You're more like a foster parent. You clean them up, play with them for a while and send them on down the road. Poor little unloved trucks! wink

No, the "new truck" is 23 yrs old.

It's something i happened across that i figured we needed. I mostly got it for the V plow. It's a Boss RT3 series, pretty serious stuff. The truck is a one ton crew cab long box. unfortunately it's a gasser, a 460 with an auto trans. 4.10 gears with limited slip rear. No rust or dents, interior is nice. 83k miles, i'm thinking that trucks like this stay low miles because nobody can afford to drive them. grin

Them 460's do like gas. 10-12 mph will probably be the best you'll see.

Me and ma did some trail widening for the cabin road yesterday with the new V plow.

Wow, impressive, that thing is a dozer.

Our big wheel houses out on the lake are pretty safe now, I can't wait to bully the snow out on the lake.

10-12 mpg! Definitely not a grocery getter. Unless, of course, you need to plow your way there and back. Good luck with the OD. Hopefully it's just a linkage problem. Can't remember if back then Ford had shift solenoids in their trannys or not.

That truck is a beast. I like it. The Boss plow will make you smile like heck on the cabin road.

I think either way would work.

You might be a little better off heading towards "bermidji" then take 71 up to 72, north to baudette then over to warroad. Pretty straight running that way, more straight line travel, less stop and turn and stop, turn and stop, turn and stop, turn...

I was just down 72 to Kelliher area to buy that big damn plow truck. 72 was nice running as was 11 from warroad to baudette.

It's east of baudette that 11 can turn to crap.
