it was Delaudid on a pump. Delaudid is 5 times the potency of Heroin!
Dilaudid is some damn good stuff. I had my appendix out back in April, they gave me that stuff post-op for about 16 hours. I'd watch them put it in the iv-port, about a minute later, I was care free for the next 4 hours. yeah its fun short term but if you got to be on it day in and day out for months or years its miserable to live with cause the fun part goes away as your tolerance builds up...which is part of Marks problem with his pain pills and why i suggested if he is going to skip pot and stick to doc prescribed pills to go to time release morphine....there is a whole list of why its a better idea IF you have to be on pain meds....

I am at the point now where even Delaudid, in pill form - 4MG - does not take away my headaches when they are really bad. Thus, my query and willlingnees to consider something that before had never ever even entered my mind as a possibility. Desparation and chronic pain can do that to ya.
