Weatherbyhunter posted a wanted to trade add for NF Scopes... (which he has conveniently edited) He stated he had 5.5-22 and 3.5-15 NightForce scopes that he wanted to trade for a NightForce 2.5-10 or similar... I asked what condition his NightForce Scopes were in and this was his reply... Both are in like new condition. Can't see ring marks on the 15 power and the 22 power has never been mounted. Glass is excellent and will come with factory box and everything from factory.
Thanks Via PM's we came to an agreement and I boxed up a NightForce Compact 2.5-10x32 Low velocity Zero stop scope and sent it out via UPS... He was supposed to do the same with his NightForce 5.5-22x50 and ship it out... That did not happen as planned... To make a long story short I finally got the scope he sent today and it is not even close to or a NightForce scope... I've done a ton of transactions via these type of forums and as of late it seems the douches are out in force... Anyone thinking of doing business with Weatherbyhunter AKA CJ Martin please beware... Pics... That's certainly not a NF. Have you asked for him to send your scope back and un-trade?

Ill vouch for EHG to. I've delt with him and is first class. It a damn shame people have to do this kind of s**t. I'd call his local police to pay him a visit. Or do it yourself. That's a 1500.00 hit.

I hadn't even heard of Nitrex so did a search - back in Dec. of 2010 they were blowing them out for $149 in a group buy on AR15.com.

The guy registered here on 11/4/2012 and has 30 posts mostly in Free Classifieds, not a good sign. You hate to not make deals with someone new but nowadays there seems to be some kinda of scam everywhere. I assume you have his address from mailing the scope and receiving the one he sent. You may want to see if anyone here is local to him and take it up with authorities

This kinda [bleep] pisses me off! I damn near got burned here a while ago, but luckily enough red flags went up that I was able to do a little digging and found out the sumbitch had hijacked an actual members PayPal account and was able to get payment reversed before it was too late. [bleep] actually mailed me two fist size chunks of concrete for what were supposed to be Leica Geovids.
I hope this sumbitch your dealing with dies a slow painful death!
