ohh. that looks much nicer than the phone pic I got. Very cool Muffy.

The ice fishing derby we were at this weekend also had an antique sled show. It was pretty cool. There were no Polaris' in it, which I though was a bit odd. Lots of Artic Cats and Ski-doo's.

Way cool Muffy. Hard to believe how crude looking the old sleds were.

I bought some tickets on a Polaris ATV this weekend. Just maybe, I'll get lucky too.

They sold tickets for it at the local vintage rally this weekend. I bought 4 tickets. I think I won it cuz Brad filled out my tickets for me. He is very lucky.

That sled is in beautiful shape Muffy! Now you have something to show and ride (or sell) at the Old Timers Run next year!

Wow, yeah that really worked. I should have sold that thing back in december, we could have had a normal winter.

No, I didn't have it long. I decided I wanted a boat again, haven't had a decent sized fishing boat for over 8 years.

Dunno if any of you like to read books, but I am reading a fantastic book right now. For some reason, this book has really gripped me. Lone Survivor by Marcus Luttrell is the true story of Operation Red Wing, a Navy Seal mission in Afghanistan. I remember hearing about it on the news, but didn't realize what really happened. I am not finished with it yet, but already it has filled me with .... I dont know if there is an emotion that describes it. A mixture of respect, admiration, sorrow, patriotism, awestruck, thankfulness...I just dont know. For the specific people involved...wow.... Thank you. For the thousands of people in the military they represent...Thank you.

I think I will put this up on the general forum too.

Over 3 million views. Is this thread some kind of record?
