What have you found to be accurate, jacketed target bullets for the .357 Magnum at ranges from 100 to 200 yards? Terminal performance is not an issue. If you have a favorite handloading recipe for this application, I would appreciate that info, too.

The best handgun shot I've ever seen could hit an apple, one-handed, no rest, at 100 yards every time. He used a S$W model 27, loaded with a hardcast, 158 gr. bullet, over 17 gr. of 2400. I'm not recommending that load as I believe it is over current book max. He used it for many years.

He practiced a lot and won several times at Camp Perry.

a 100 yard target is no problem for most any 140 to 158 grain .357 bullet.

The burden of accuracy lies almost entirely on the operator at that distance.
