I've got a Leup 3.5-10x40 "tactical" here (meaning target turrets and a blacked out gold ring), and I'm just looking to swap for something with 12 or 14x on the top end, as it will be used on a rifle that gets shot a ton at range.

It's by no means in perfect conditions, some wear in the finish around the objective end from a scope cap and probably very slight ring marks. Glass is great and if I had lotsa' dough I'd just keep it for another rig.

Anybody with a Leup/Zeiss/Whatever 3-12, 4.5-14, etc with turrets give me a holler. I'll throw in a bit of cash if needed.

So it's just a VX-III with knobs, 1" tube, no AO?

It's a Vari-X III with target knobs. I just specified "Tactical" because that's exactly what it says on the gold ring (that's actually blacked out by Leupold...)

I'm not sure why they call it a "Tactical" Scope, but that's them.

It came back from Leupold for complete redo of the internals over the summer and has been dead on reliable since then and I may be foolish for trading it.

I've a guy lined up with cash dibs, just to clarify. Would love to trade it though.

I have a Vari-X II 4-12x40 AO with target turrets and Leupold Dot reticle installed by Leupold custom shop in silver that I will trade you. It is absolutely as new. I still have the build sheets from the Leupold custom shop and the box and all papers. I can email you pics, but I don't know how to post here.
