I shot it today. It shot about 15" high at 50 yards and I discovered the blade on the front sight is also slightly loose in its cross piece. As it was, holding below the target frame, it would do about 3-4 inches at 50 yards - if I cleaned the bore between shots. If I didn't clean it was worse. At a minimum I need to get some a better (and taller) hunting front sight for it, and/or some sort of sporting tang sight.

No, no one stocks KIK locally, that I know of, hence the Swiss. It would also be nice if I could use the same stuff in all my BP guns.

Sharpsguy was kind enough to spend almost an hour on the phone with me last night, and gave me several pointers. I need to buy some more stuff today.
