I've found the 140gr BT to be a good one when velocities are reasonably low. I run them at 2,000-2,100fps in a 7mm-08 youth load and they penetrate pretty well while inflicting good damage. A buddy has used the Federal factory BT loading for years in his 18.5" M7 7mm-08 and they have been outstanding. His MV is likely somewhere around 2,600-2,650fps. I doubt I'd like them as much at 3,000fps+ on close range, tough-angle shots.

nice!

Whatever you are willing to put up with, is exactly what you will have.

When your ship comes in. ... make sure you are willing to unload it.

PAYPAL, sucks and I will never use them again. I recommend you do the same.

I drive them hard. Thus the explosive nature. The 120 otoh opens faster than the 140NAB(my take on meat damage at impact site) but doesnt explode and destroy the whole front end like the 140NBT

Seriously, mostly broadside, a few quartering to or away so a shoulder or two got whacked on the way out, not going in.

I an so challenging you to some shootin' for that.
