Nothing here now, but calling for rain snow mix over night. Some areas to the North, including Duluth could see as much as 18" before it ends.

Tom and Bman in the same van, what an image that brings up. Could even make a reality series out of it. Think I'll name it the "Bickersons". laugh

I would offer up my mini-van for Berretta and T since I laughed so hard reading about them driving up.

I am laughing too about ninja man cards. If I was more creative than a oak tree, i would try and design one!

I call I get to be the driver! We will even stop at Dairy Queen. Your treat!

On another note, we are trying to decide where to vacation this summer and Wisconsin Dells has risen to the top of the list. anybody have any advice?

BM, the Dells is awesome. We were there last summer with my son and his family. They raved about the Dells. They had been at Disney Land in January and said they had a much better time at the Dells and it was much less expensive.

If you go, you have to do the Duck tour. Riding in one of those old relics is a hoot.

My wife, and I rode a Duck in 1968.
I had not thought about them in years.
Still going in 2014?

I wonder if Chickenbuck has risen in fame to the point where we could get a discount at the Dells?

I want to go west on vacation. The mountains are calling me. Or maybe screaming and yelling at me is a better way to put it. But I think the kids would have a blast at the Dells, so that is prolly where we will go. Now we just have to figure out some details. We kinda like those little, sparsely furnished cabins and there are a bunch for around $80 per night. Could bring the camper, but that is $50 per night. Looks like rooms there are north of $175 per night.

Sorry to hear about your loss Ryan.

My then 8 year old GS got to sit up with the driver, who happened to be a very attractive college coed. He was still smiling the next day. smile

The Dells is not cheap, but it was about a 1/3 of what a day at Disney would coast.

Me too. My daughter as well wants to hit Glacier and Yellowstone. I've never been to either so next year that is the Vacation plan. This year I rented a cabin in Hayward for week of musky fishing... the kids should like that. grin Actually, I don't care if they do... but I will. They'll be able to have a blast with all the other stuff. Jack will like the muskie fishing. He likes to catch the big pike so Muskie should be equally as fun.

I also want to say congrats to my lady friend and her daughter. They both passes Hunters Safety a few weekends back. We went to Scheels and tried on about a dozen different shotguns. She liked the way the Remington 870 Express synthetic 20ga and the Browning BPS Youth 2oga fit her. I really like that BPS youth myself.

She's wanting to help add to the pot of wild rice/grouse soup.
