I'm batching it this weekend. I'm thinking about thawing out a nice big T-bone to put over the coals.

I'm batching it this weekend. I'm thinking about thawing out a nice big T-bone to put over the coals. No self respecting t-bone should be thawed...fresh baby! That being said, I had left overs. When you buy a 1/4 of beef, its kind of hard to eat all the T-bones before they spoil.

When you buy a 1/4 of beef, its kind of hard to eat all the T-bones before they spoil. true, but its fun to try  I made some antelope burgers on the grill last night, mixed in a little breakfast sausage to make em stick together better, seasoned just a lil bit and man were they good. I had a double with 2 layers of bacon and cheese. Prayers sent Dave happy St Patty's day everyone!

Right now its only 38* but the high is 80 today so is gonna be nice here too, I have the morning to myself before taking Kendra to the winery this afternoon, I have hot coffee in my hand and turkeys are gobbling in the yard. today is good.

Looks good dave. Prayers out to u man! I ran to check the lake n river today. Be fishing the river next week for sure. Hope my new ice house is ready soon. Wasn't done today when I was there. Neat operaion tho
