I may regret this in the future but.....I have a Marlin 1895GS LTD (serial number 043 of 501 produced) that was sent to Wild West Guns for the Alaskan Guide conversion! All the bell's & whistles scout scope set up, ported, WWG ghost ring rear & fire sights up front with cutout hood, Leupold QD rings & scout scope, 457 WWG mag conversion (shoots the 45-70 loads as well!) this is the straight grip model laminated stock. It does not have the large loop. I would like a 338MXLR "NON-DROOP" MXLR as an interesting starting point for a trade. It would take the 338MXLR plus ????? to get a deal. I may be open to other trades (I like the stainless Marlins-BLR's also M88's calibers like 356-358-7x30 Waters also get my attention..Timber Carbines I'm flexiable...LOL)....Let me know what you have. I have to put a price out there so $1800 shipped to your door in the LOWER 48. Let me know your thoughts....Thanks

Send me your e-mail or cell number & I can send pictures....

This is not a take down. This was built on a limited edition Davidson's 1895GS Limited 1 of 501. I will try & get some photos up....

I have one of these in takedown that is Parkerized. Shoots 45 70s real good. Those 457s get your attention. Nice guns.
