Got this on a trade awhile back and am thinning my herd. It came with some dark stains on either side of the trigger guard but they were not deep. Was able to get them out with steel wool and then refinished the entire area. You can't tell they were there. I do not know the round count but bore is pristine. Some bluing wear near the muzzle, on the tip of the bolt handle, and on the trigger guard but overall in very nice condition. Can send more pics to any interested parties. Comes with the factory rings.
$850.00 shipped to your FFL. No trades.

The pictures you posted were flattering, however the damaged parts were not pictured, nor was the floor plate that is actually rust not bluing wear. The pristine bore is somewhat less than pristine having throat erosion from many rounds fired in it, much less the rust pitting in the neck of the chamber and the first inch of the barrel. Everything about this rifle shows hard use. I simply asked for a refund and I stated I would pay for the return shipping. I'll get some pictures posted today.

I'd be interested in seeing these pics - hopefully things can easily be resolved between you two!!

I advertised the rifle honestly; either showing or reporting the areas of concern. There was NO rust on the floorplate when I shipped it. My estimation of the bore was gained from looking at it when held to a bright light; I never stipulated that I borescoped the barrel, which he claims he did in order to see the rust/pitting he is claiming is there. I honestly don't see where a full refund is justified in this case.

The seller said he had additional pics available, Im curious if the buyer asked for the additional photos?

The only way I would refund a rifle purchase is if the buyer paid return shipping, covered the cost that was spent to send the rifle in the first place, and lastly, cover the FFL transfer fee for it coming back to me.

You think I should cover all the cost involved in shipping this rifle? If the rifle was as advertised I would be trying to return it.

If it wasn't represented correctly, the buyer should get a FULL refund...shipping, ffl,and nics if used.
