I actually made the word up. Seriously. I was sitting around thinking that using "assclown" was getting old and thinking about a description for Brent or somebody. I probably thought it up a year or so after I came here. I'd never heard anybody use the term before and when you think about it, it's synonymous with "[bleep]". I believe I've actually seen it used on other sites now too. Of course, maybe I got it started there too. Dunno. Gotta give myself some props.

It's amazing how sometimes the person's name fits them so well. My Dad once had a dentist named "Payne". Dr. Payne. lol

An example: You know those little old ladies you see driving around really slow in their sedans...you know, the light blue ones? Well, several years ago I noticed this similarity in their cars' color and started calling it "Old Lady Blue". I've since heard salesmen and other people refer to it as "Old Lady Blue", too. Made me proud. To date I have received no wealth for my idea; just lots of fame like you will, I'm sure. Again, congratulations.

I came up with "grandmaflage" to denote a car, for example a Cutlass Ciera, similar to what granny would drive, as a way to avoid speeding tickets. It seems to have stuck, locally at least.

Looks like I came up with it on my own after somebody else already had. Bummer. I guess I'll have to think up another term to describe a parasitic, psuedo-intellectual, tree hugger with an inflated view of his near-zero self-worth. The term Brent comes to mind but it doesn't have any snappiness or pizazz.

My wife actually thinks I may be wrong about when I came up with it. She thinks it might have been closer to 2000. I dunno.

I came up with the term "hillhippy" back in 1986 or so to describe the certain type of country person who listens to like, Skynrd, Metallica, etc. Nowadays it doesn't seem as applicable.
