I picked one up a couple of years ago on an auction site for ~$125. Spitting image of the CZ452 action, stock is soft and feels like balsa wood.

Shoots great, nice enough trigger, bought it instead of a .22 pellet rifle rifle for squirrels. Very accurate with iron sights using subsonic ammo to 25 yards.

Going to refinish it, look for a 2.5x scope and give it to my teenage son.

Cheap soft wood, crude metal finish, but fantastic shooters. Back when you could order then for $72 plus shipping, shooting buddies and I order quite a few of them.

Fit and finish is a bit crude. I had to recarve the safety on my JW15 with a file to get it to go on and off with one hand, but once that was out of the way it was very reliable and accurate. It's now my go-to squirrel gun because of its accuracy and I don't have to worry about scratching it in the woods. All in all it was a steal at $99 brand new in 1990.

Minr is the most accurate 22 I have ever owned. Quite a few
woodchucks have been shot in my garden with it.
