As promised here are pics of my 700 5-R .223. Karl, fluted the barrel, replaced the goofy threaded muzzle cap with one or his brakes sized to fit the compact package. He TI fluted the bolt added his bolt knob which he fluted to match the bolt. He the Cerakoted the entire package. This is my first Kampfield Custom, won't be my last. His work is flawless and precise, His lead time was just what he quoted. The gun was packaged very well for shipping. I hope to get out in the next few weeks and break it in. Got all kinds of loads ready including the Nosler 64gr bonded. OH, he also re-fit my Jewell trigger without me even asking!! Now what color stock??? Looks great. He does nice work. I think tan with black webbing would look pretty good on that one.

She is sexy. No doubt that tan and black would look good but personally, with the black and silver, I'm really diggin the color of lingerie that she is wearing now .

Really nice, which is to be expected when Karl does the work. He just recoated my KS 280 in a titanium/graphite black mix Cerakote and it looks great. Always great to work with. Congrats on your rifle, looks darn slick!!

I think it's the middle size knob Karl offers. Can't wait to shoot the dang thing. 105 degrees here again today, not my favorite weather for shooting but i'm a gatto when it comes to shooting and weather.
There is a new indoor gun club opening here in October, they will have four 100 yard rifle ranges. Kinda expensive to join though.
