I turn 65 in December. I have been collecting Colorado preference points and now have 14. I guess I could get a good area but I can't do the grunt work any more.
I'm not wealthy and I have been wondering if there is any way I could hire someone to do the field dressing and packing out if I got one.
Does anyone have any recommendations?

I just turned 62 in July and thought I WAS an old geezer?? Now I find out I'm not OLD enough!! My how the perspective can change.

man i so want to go again. montana seems so far.
i cant carry a thing though. i've got one good packer left but dont know if i will ever get to use him.

Did anything develop from last fall guys? I was not aware of anything that did develop from this thread for last year's hunts. I mentioned earlier that I already had five hunts scheduled for 2013. I'll wait to see what I draw in Colorado's lottery. I have a pretty good chance at drawing one maybe two premium hunts. If I draw one of those, then I will not be going out of state. I am looking for an elk hunting partner for Colorado's third rifle season, first week of November. Even though I'm now 66 years old, I can carry my share of the load and expect others to do the same. I'm slow but steady and I know the area like my back yard. KC
