I have a 12x14 Davis wall tent and frame. The tent got caught in a snow storm while I was away and got torn in the roof in couple spots. It was sent back to Davis and professionally repaired and then resealed. Single zipper door and no windows. comes with Davis storage bag, new tie down lines, and frame if you want to pick up in Fredericksburg VA (half way in between Richmond and DC on 95). can ship the angles with tent. $500 and shipping Have a cylinder outfitter wood burning stove with warming tray for $100 if picking up. will not ship. hermanharke  aol.com Herman

I have had the tent 3 yrs and think it was 2 yrs old when I bought it.
after Davis repaired it, it was treated with 2-3 gallons of CANVAK water repellant/fire retardent.
sorry no pics, but more than happy to lay it out for inspection.
Will confirm the Davis cut sheet that it is 12 x 14. Yes it is.
Not sure of the weight of the canvas.
Used it two winters ago in Jan in Ohio for late season muzzleloading hunt and no leaks.

Ok, 3-4 guys have asked about shipping the tent, so will consider.
Here is my best guess as to costs.
$10-15 for extra heavy duty box for tent and angles.
$50 for shipping to lower 48 .

If it helps anybody I just had a 14X16 shipped from Colorado to me. It was $100.00 with angles.
That was UPS.
Good luck with the sale. I'd snag this if I wasn't house hunting.

Yes, angles can be shipped.
I have the davis "cut sheet" for the specs on the EMT tubing. Just buy and cut to the spec'd lengths.
No sod cloth.
Will confirm shipping costs to a zip code with UPS, if you buy.
