Anyone seen piebald deer around Medford, Oregon? I'm pretty sure I saw one the other day.

we used to have an true Albino antelope, then it got hit by a car. I have seen a piebald deer in Colorado once, but at the time I thought it was covered in mud

When we lived in Washington I saw them occasionally near Montesano. at first I thought the one I saw the other day was a goat. Then I got a better look and knew it was a deer.

It's real weird to see them in the fog. There was an area I used to hunt here on the Olympic Peninsula just out of Quilicene where there was a small herd of Piebalds and I've seen them a number of times in the same clear cut.

I watched one for 30 mins. At 18 yards from my tree stand while bow hunting 6 years ago. Problem was he was a 6pt and my tag was only good for 4pts or better. We had watched as a fawn. Never saw him again.

I used to see piebald doe by the Dulles Airport on regular bases. Somebody told me it comes from inbreeding.
