I just read where Sec. Kerry has signed onto the the UN gun ban. Unless there is some special privalages given to the Sec. of State I do believe the Pres. has to actually sign it before it goes to the Senate for ratification. However, we are getting closer to losing our freedom so we all might want to pound out a message to our senators.
