filling the boiler is easy. there is a fill hole right behind the stove pipe that cant be seen in that picture.
i am making a demo vid. this week. weight is about 2 lbs. since it is stainless. working on a ti version but it will not be ready for a while.
this is the first proto version and we are working on several mods and improvements for the production units.

I bet you get a shot of really hot steam when the water hits that hot pipe.

I have a pair of 16" channel locks that I found lying in the road many years ago. You can get a serious grip with them but the problem is that they weigh more than that stove does.

I've seen a number of photos of water heater explosions. It definitely makes you check the popoff valve on your heater. It can literally level a house.

i have boiled this one dry and no pressure builds whatsoever it is safe to use but the tent needs to have good venting in order for the steam vapor to escape. unless you want a sweat lodge

Are you actually cooking directly on the stove top??? Not that it won't work but doesn't it make a mess?

not to worry brother.... it is a concept that some may find redundant or foolish. but once you have a qt. of water boiling in 2 minutes, it makes you a believer.

We are still at the point where a chair in camp is viewed as being a bit swish and a bloke with a tent is a poser.
I suspect that a touch of your snow would put paid to that quick smart.

In general, that sounds about right. But it's not so much the snow as it is the below zero (F) temps that make a stove worth the weight.

I suspect that a touch of your snow would put paid to that quick smart. When I'm packing with my 4 legged friends, they carry a folding privy seat. I won't turn down the luxuries when I can get them.

So, how's that hing work, as far as, does it draft good and not smoke up the tent when you have it opened up like that to grill?
Looks solid, what's it weigh?

pre burning is a good idea to get used to the stove... it will smoke while you are grilling but that is pretty normal. the stove weighs 4 lbs. and the boiler weighs 16 oz.

but i do know how to start a [bleep] storm. my stove is easier and faster and burns more efficient than any of the stoves on the market hands down. sets up in 5 seconds and burn time is 4 hrs. plus. no loose pieces to forget or get lost. simply the best but what would you expect from a wyoming company?
