Does military ammo have a shelf life? Browsing the reloading supply items, there are a lot of pulled bullets up for bid. Just about all of it is 55gr FMJ so I assume that it is military.
I could wish a lot of things on my worst enemy but neuropathy ain't one of them.

So what do they do with the unfired brass and primers? Load something else in them?

Depending on your age, ammunition stored properly has a longer shelf life than you do.
