Chronoed @ 2965 fps average from my rifle.

I did some Powley Computer pressure #s and came up with:

Ed,
First of all I recently acquired QLoad and am not comfortable with its use yet. Also, please be advised - treat the data as a guide and work up loads. (use at your own risk) this information is strictly theoretical. Now I feel better about posting the following. Predicted velocity is 2,938fps @ 59,526 PSI

Cartridge : .257 Roberts
Bullet : .257, 110, Nosler AccuBond 53742
Useable Case Capaci: 51.949 grain H2O = 3.373 cm
Cartridge O.A.L. L6: 2.873 inch = 72.97 mm
Barrel Length : 20.0 inch = 508.0 mm
Powder : IMR 4350

Predicted data by increasing and decreasing the given charge,
incremented in steps of 2.0% of nominal charge.
CAUTION: Figures exceed maximum and minimum recommended loads !

In a modern rifle is 59k psi really dangerous? Many modern cartridges use much higher limits. Where is the threshold for +P+?
