Yep. I definitely have to agree with that. I love the ones with the dark jigged Utica bone also. Have a bunch of them....

That is gorgeous 2mg. Is that newer production and if so who's making them?

Thanks Steve. Real Winchesters haven't been made since the 1940s and are quite valuable and well made. These are reproductions of those knives. Very good, reproductions, IMO. Bluegrass Cutlery and Queen Cutlery did the Winchester repros.

These ones were made in early 90s. Valued around $200-250 each. If they were original Winchesters, not even with MOP scales, they would be still be worth about 4X that price (each).......

Thanks 2MG, I assumed they were repro's just based on their fine condition. The whittler pattern with the split springs are very neat. Pearl is just firey on yours.

Agreed. Pretty to look at. But MOP is a Sunday-go-to-meetin' material at best. I'd crack one in no time if I carried it much...

I carry an antique bone handled folder. Yep, I cracked it, but it's my EDC and its not like I'll ever sell it so...

I can appreciate a well made pearl handled knife and maybe even a set of pearl handled grips on a 1911 but, maybe its just me, but don't they come across a tad gay? My wife has a pearl handle Case that's cute. You'll have to admit a pearl handled knife doesn't shout, "I'm a stud."

While it might not shout "I'm a stud," I think men can carry pretty things that aren't even a tad gay.

Agreed, as long as they don't go skipping and whistling a Broadway show tune. Just spit often and occasionally scratch yourself and your man card will be secure, but then again that's just my opinion.

Don't think one's man-card is dependent on his "handles"...but maybe if they were pink. crazy
