Guns manufactured between May 1 2006 to April 9 2014 are being recalled for faulty triggers.

I guess the Remington apologists will blow this off just like they do when they close the bolt and the rifle goes BOOM!!!
I like Remington rifles by the way... Just not their triggers.

Let me get this straight? Just as dangerous as a Walker trigger, but with a crappier trigger pull? Good job there, Remington.

This will fix what's ailing the Remington problem.

Scrubs,

Many thanks for posting this notice.

A lot of us here at the Fire have Remington rifles and the faulty triggers really do pose a significant safety hazard.

You`re welcome 7x57STEVE.

I was hoping it didn`t turn into a bash fest...

BB, that`s how I plan to remedy the situation in my sons 700.

I don't own a remington, I guess I can add this to the list of reasons why not

If they're customs, you should have good triggers already in them.

Did you buy new tits for your wife the first time you met her? No, you tried them out first to see if they work. No use spendin money when original equipment gets the job done.

Considering the number of guys here at the Fire who have Remington rifles that are being recalled, this should probably get a sticky.

With the last manufactured date being 3 days ago, I wonder how the dealers with stock on hand handle this. With this being a safety issue, I wouldn`t think they would be able to sell them.

Retailers have already pulled the rifles.

I'm betting they get replaced with that Crapp-U Trigger look-a-like. Either way, if it's not an Original Walker, I'll replace them myself. Truth is, I haven't seen a factory trigger I'd keep, except the old school Remington Wlakers.
