Avoid the long wait. Green canvas micarta scales, red liners, stainless steel Corby bolts and lanyard tube, thumb grooves, D2 steel. I don't like Kydex for a knife like this, so I ordered the knife without the sheath, and Dan subtracted 15 dollars for the cost. I've passed that savings on. I intended to get Larry Parsons to make me a sheath but I never did. Never used or sharpened. The knife is flawless. $220 shipped to the lower 48. Thanks for looking.
Took some better shots of this knife. It's a handful. Has symmetrical swedges on the blade, and a false edge which could be sharpened if one desired. There's a pretty long wait to get a knife from Dan since he's crankin' out the Doziers. This one's ready to go. Lotta knife for the money for a custom, hand-made Dan Crotts knife. Thanks for another look.
