So those money cards are for the freeloaders convenience, I guess. The card system should be the perfect system to curtail abuse but thats not in the program.

Is anybody surprised about this? Give a poor person $1000, what do you think they'll do with it? Save and invest? They spend it as irresponsibly as they possibly can.. Thus the poor staying poor, and the rich getting richer.
Welfare is nothing more than a stimulus for the economy. All that money trickles up to business owners and stock holders.

Yet we've heard that Social Security will run out of money even though we all payed into it, we never hear of Welfare running out of money.
