As another shooter posted today (4/15/14) on the Shiloh-Sharps board: �I just got off the phone with a lady at Starline and she said they were going to do a production run of 45-70 brass at the end of this week. The most important aspect of this signature line is that you don't realize it doesn't say anything significant until you are done reading it & then it is too late to stop reading it....

I put my order in for the 45-70 brass a month ago.
A Doe walks out of the woods today and says, that is the last time I'm going to do that for Two Bucks.

I had issues with .45-70 Starline brass a few years ago when reloading for my Marlin 1895. Rim thickness was all over the place and I had to file some of the brass to get the bolt to close.
I got to thinking about other specs being out, so I crushed it and tossed it.
Thankfully, I only had twenty pieces, so it was no great loss.
Than said, I have never had issue with their .32-20, .357, or .45Colt brass, so I don't know if it's a rifle brass thing, or I just got a few bad pieces.

They'd best be running it soon - Midway says they are overdue  I've used it (the nickel plated variety) in my #1 with heavy smokeless loads, and it worked fine. Ditto the .45-90
