Gramps2 Campfire Member G Joined: May 2006 Posts: 338	Are you set on buying the EW in 30/06? I have two EW's. 270 Win and 300WSM. Go to a shop and feel the difference between the 06, family of calibers, then fell calibers in WSM. I have kept the B&C stock on the 300WSM, it's really not too bad, but I could not stand the bulky ass B&C on the .270. Like many others, I put a McEdge on the .270 Win. Take your son with you and let him feel the difference as well. One more suggestion, get an Erniethegunsmith, trigger spring, and put it in. It is easy to do, and you will make the MOA which is a decent trigger, a little better.
